[XFSkins] Advanced Statistics & Live Activity Timeline

[XFSkins] Advanced Statistics & Live Activity Timeline adds a polished statistics dashboard and live activity timeline to the XenForo forum list.

It combines forum activity, Resource Manager updates, Media Gallery items, and new member joins into one compact native XenForo panel. The interface is built to respect XenForo styles, dark mode, mobile layouts, phrases, and style properties.

• Live activity timeline: Unified forum, XFRM, XFMG, and member activity.
• AJAX refresh: Countdown display, pause/resume controls, and live status badge.
• Source filters: All, Forum, XFRM, and XFMG tabs.
• Show more: Controlled activity expansion per tab.
• Native styling: Designed for XenForo themes, dark mode, and responsive layouts.
• Modular options: Admin options for metrics, sources, components, refresh interval, and display mode.
• Style properties: CSS-type properties for theme-level customization.
• Phrase-based UI: English master phrases by default and fully translatable interface text.
