1. What is the refund policy? I have an SMF 2.0.17 forum with over 4000 users, the forum database is 52mb in size... lots of users and content... if I'm unable to import all of this, having the Xenforo forum would be useless to me. Can I get a refund if the import does not work?
2. Also, despite lots of effort on my part over many years, I'm unable to keep bots from joining the SMF forum. How well does Xenforo work at keeping the bots from joining?
