change reply order on threads.

Hi im looking for some help. I was wondering if there was a plugin or even someone can make a plugin to allow the changing the reply #number so i can sort replys in a set order?

I have some set sections where i would like to order some replys

so for instance change reply #5 to reply #2. is there any simple way of doing this??
