Flip a coin if this is a XF or XFRM support question. 
XFRM allows the option of creating a discussion thread when a new resource is added. I am doing that for a few different XFRM categories and all of the discussion threads are going into the same forum.
What is the proper way of setting the permissions on that XF forum to not allow any threads to be created in it except for the XFRM discussion threads that are related to resources? 🤔
