This is GIPHY option witch has been added in xenforo 2.2
First of all go to your forums Admin control panel and then do the steps below:

1. Setup
2. Options
3. Messages

.there you have to look after Enable GIPHY support option

and you have to have your own GIPHY API key witch you can provide it from the link below:

Search, Discover, Share, and Create Animated GIFs | GIPHY

It's fine, thanks, but it won't work for me because I don't have my online forum, I'm Cuban and I can't put it on the internet, which will be to download the gif from that page itself and I'll add it as normal emoij

??but what's the real reason witch prevent you from having an online forum ?? not having a host or the sanctions

if you can not use GIPHY then you have to use Smilies that we also use them.

What prevents me from having the forum online is that I am from Cuba, a totally blocked country that and we cannot pay online or anything T_T now I will open a pv to see if it would help me in something else
