I'm setting up a new forum, and importing two Xenforo2.2 boards into it.
What are the step in order to do this?

- import one forum -- data - internal_data
- import the 2nd forum -- data - internal_data
- upload the databases.
- then I get "The site is currently being upgraded. Please check back later."
