It would be nice to have a CLI command to install / upgrade Add-ons from ZIP-Files.

Ideally this could support processing a single Add-on by specifying a file or URL and multiple Add-ons by specifying a source directory or file / URL list (as a textfile).

This suggestion somewhat supersets
