We're encountering a strange issue on our 2.2.11: There's one user regularly posting videos. The last two posts were also sent via private message to another, totally unrelated user. I clarified that it was sent as PM and wasn't just a notification. Both users don't follow each other. The user posting the videos states that he has never sent such private messages.
Any ideas where to start debugging?
