[XenConcept] Restrict Guest Views will allow you to set a limit on forum views by guests with further restriction options to force registration.

Supports work in XFRM and XFMG
You can exclude certain sections from restrictions
Show error message with reason for restriction, editable in settings
Time limit after which you can view again
Allow bots (without exception) to view the forum without restrictions
Hide the content of messages except the first when the view limit is reached
