Regular expressions for spam phrases

I'm sure it's a noob thing, but I want for it to match any telegram link that has t.me/ in it,

I'm using /t\.me/ that works in reg expression checkers and tried several variations of that

but that seems to match normal posts that have a t and .me somewhere in it. Is there something I should be doing differently for the spam filter regex?
