I't almost seems like a cache issue. But if I do a search for a topic in Xenforo Media Gallery I see a list of results. Clicking one any will take me to a completely different topic than the one shown in the search results. Occasionally when clicking on the search results you'll get the wrong image but the right text content and description, yet hitting refresh sort out that mess and you'll have the correct picture and text content, but still not the one that was in the search results...
