"internal_data" outside web root: If an add-on add files to "internal_data" folder, then file health check shows them as missing

As stated in the title.

I see this when I move the internal_data folder outside of the document root,

and then run file health check:

The files in internal_data by any add-on are shown as missing.

If XF does not want add-ons to put files into internal_data, then a security check on install might be helpful.
